The Village of McLean is requesting proposals to repair a sewer line.  Please supply the following information:

1. Cost per foot to install approximately 350 feet of 2” 75 PSI Polypipe
          - Material supplied by owner
2. Unit price per curb stop installed (approximately 8)
          -Material supplied by owner

The Village of McLean is requesting proposals to straighten the street.  Please provide the following information:

1. Approximately 600 cubic yards of hauled clay

- Clay located approx. 1 mile from site
- Street is approximately 350’ long
- Survey will be supplied

Please include: - A list of equipment to be used.
- Approximate length of time to complete project.

Applicants shall include firm pricing for additional feet of sewer line installment, additional curb stop installment or additional cubic yards hauled for the street repair that may be required, if different from above.

Proposals will be evaluated weighing all requested criteria equally.

Council reserves the right to reject any proposal and the lowest or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted.
